Can I pick-up my order?
We are located in Guelph, ON.
You can pick up your order once you have received the notification that it is ready for pick-up. Our location is open weekdays 8am to 5pm.
I want the artwork location a bit tweaked.
The uploader and virtual preview sample isn't a full editing tool. We will place the image and text fully centered and spaced correctly. If you have any concerns, give us a call: 519-766-1900
I want a different colour shirt that isn't on your site. What can I do?

Why does the embroidery cost more?
It doesn't cost more - but there are extra set-up fees to convert your new logo into an embroidery format. This is only required once per logo. For repeat orders, you will not be charged that set-up again...as long as it's the exact same logo.
You will receive a coupon code after your first order to remove the set-up fee for your next order.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We are unable to accept returns on all customized items unless they were printed incorrectly or arrived damaged.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and what you ordered. Custom orders that require extra proofing and embroidery digitizing will take longer.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our supplier partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Items made in Canada are clearly marked.
All products are decorated on-site in Guelph, ON.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We only ship within Canada.
